This photo shows the blue dress when it was new.
Castaways are required to photograph all the articles of clothing they plan to bring with them for use during their participation
in Survivor, and submit the photos to CBS in advance. Since Nicole was forced to abandon ship with no extra clothing,
the sandals shown in the photo were not available to her. With but a single pair of shoes, she cut a few inches
off the bottom of her blue dress to wrap her feet whenever her shoes were removed to dry out. The jewelry shown with
the dress did accompany her into the game.
